Andrew is the second lawyer on the Legal team at Gradient Ventures. In this role, Andrew focuses on transactional work for Gradient, including deal structuring and execution, and is also involved in portfolio management and all other aspects of Gradient's business.

Prior to Gradient, Andrew was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented technology companies, founders and investors in venture financings, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of corporate and governance matters.

Andrew received his B.A. degree from Berkeley and his J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law.
