Emerson is an Investor at Gradient Ventures.

Prior to Gradient Ventures, Emerson worked at McKinsey & Company, where he served Fortune 500 companies across technology, telecommunications, consumer, and banking, and led efforts to design go-to-market and product strategies. In addition, he helped clients develop talent strategies to improve their organizational agility.

Emerson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A degree in Finance. He lives in San Francisco where he spends time surfing, swimming, and searching for the best tacos.
