Katy is a Talent Principal at Gradient Ventures.

In this role, she partners with our portfolio companies on executive recruiting, organizational development and their people strategy.

Prior to Gradient, Katy worked as an executive recruiter with Carbon Partners, a boutique executive search firm. She focused on helping CEOs of early and growth stage, venture-backed technology startups hire the best marketing, product and growth talent for their teams. This inspired her passion for helping companies find success through their people, and assembling the right organization at the right time.

Katy graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Anthropology.
