Lauren leads Talent at Gradient Ventures.

In this role, she partners with our portfolio companies on all aspects of their people strategy, including executive recruiting, organizational development, and coaching.

Lauren has spent the majority of her career working with VC-backed companies at Accel and Andreessen Horowitz. She started right out of college in the TMT practice at Spencer Stuart, where she learned executive recruiting from some of the best in the industry.

Lauren holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College.
